I find the owner very respectful, very professional and friendly. She is well known and respected in the area. We dont really see the guards around all the time unless we are having a huge function or of we want them to take the money to the bank. Gina Field and her team have set up security systems for both our homes and business, having dealt with NRS for over 15 years now. We have found them very professional and helpful and they also handle our property monitoring. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service. Our security services were ceased WITHOUT our consent, for no reason and with only one days notice. This was also stipulated to us by an email, not even a simple phone call to advise us. This is an obvious act that the security and safety of their clients are not their priority. We have now chosen a security provider that chooses to support local businesses.
