Our 10+ year old panel lift door failed. Fast Fix were very professional. They made a time for their service person to call. Then rang again to ask if they could bring the appointment forward 2 hours. When Chris arrived he explained the problem and our options. We decided to go for a new opener for our existing door. Chris installed the opener on the spot! He serviced the old door and showed me how to keep it lubricated. Couldn't recommend Fast Fix more highly. If we need a replacement door in the future they will be the first company we call.

Receptionist who took booking was bright and friendly and gave me confidence from the start. Jamie the technician arrived promptly, was a very nice guy to talk to and was quickly able to explain what had happened and fixed the problem on the spot. He also fixed a problem with the initial installation that I was unaware of. The price was very reasonable. This was the best reviewed roller door repair company I could find and I know why now. 100% recommended. And thanks for fixing my door!

Very impressed with the service and professionalism of Fast Fix Roller Doors. The office staff were polite and friendly and the technician came within the timeframe given and fixed our door without a hitch. We appreciated his honesty to our questions and his informative recommendations for our old door. We were delighted that the service charge was very reasonable and will definitely be using them again if needed.
