Worst experience. They are so hard to deal with. Ordered blinds and custom curtains from them and they promised to deliver it by 5 weeks, 6 max but made me wait for more than 3 months. With no communication whatsoever. Not even sure how they are running the company for so long. They have zero communication among the stores and headoffice and if you try to cancel the order due to their mishaps and delays they wont refund you the deposit. Salesperosn will pitch you the best sales speech and when you remind them that they ll deny that head on. Never ever will recommend them ever.

I am not a person who leave negative feedback but my experience was so bad and I had to share it. First, What a terrible customer service from Gepp Cross branch and horrible experience with Burns for blinds.
Right from the beginning, we have had a worst experience and are still suffering from that. So, let’s begin with installation. It was just one guy who came to do the curtains and blinds for the whole house in one day and he burst the gas pipeline while drilling and asked us to arrange gas repair by ourselves and said the company will pay the whole cost you will pay to fix it. We are a family

We purchased light filtering roller blinds for a bay window. The showroom staff at Norwood were welcoming and listened well before providing very good advice on blind selection. Waiting time for manufacture was short. The installer arrived on time and was highly professional and proficient. Happy customer and a great result!

We recently had roller blinds installed in two of our bedrooms. The salesperson was able to attend on a Saturday which suited us the best and he was prompt (early in fact), knowledgable and very helpful. Second visit to do the final measure was organised quickly and then manufacture and install within 2 weeks. Installer was right on time, friendly, quick and cleaned up so you'd never have known he was there. Great service, great discount. We have used Burns for Blinds many times before and will definitely be using them again.

Definitely recommend Burns for Blinds. Their team was flawless - start to finish. The entire job was quickly understood by the sales person (blinds, shutters and outdoor awning). Her quote was competitive and clear. The install team were also amazing, exceeding expectations. Quality of work - 'A' grade. They effortlessly dealt with a few complex fitting challenges that presented given our house. Outdoor awning install is perfect. Burns standards are decidedly excellent. i definitely recommend Burns for Blinds.

Recently we decided to get Ziptrack blinds installed on our deck. We are so happy with the results, we now have a room that we can use all year round. They are so easy to get up and down and we still have the view to the garden. The installers were on time and did a great job with installing the blinds in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. We are loving the look of the deck now. Thank you.

I recently had some blinds installed at my home. I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by all involved. The person who undertook the measure up and provided the quote was very professional and knowledgeable with the different styles and options provided by Burns for Blinds, it made my choosing so much easier. My wife and I decided to do some home renovations during the Covid -19 pandemic, our house is small, old but cosy. We wanted to make the home a little more updated, so we decided to have Plantation shutters put into our bay window and main bedroom. Burns for Blinds were having a sale and contacted them for a quote. The Sales rep came over and gave us some great information in which way we should go, pointing things out about our textures, furniture and what would work best in our home. I have used Burns for Blinds twice now. Once for some venetian blinds and most recently for some plantation shutters installed in my old character home and both times I was very impressed. I mention that it is an old character home because the windows in question were quite ornate and had multiple layers of detailing, making it quite difficult to get right. Having said that, the shutters that arrived and were installed were perfect to the mm. Having worked as an Architect for several years and now renovating my home, attention to detail is at the very top of my list and I could not be more pleased

The service we have received from Burns For Blinds has been excellent from Arthur coming out to measure up and quote to the final installation. We originally only ordered 2 Ziptrak blinds but ended up getting another 3 to enclose our pergola. The price was good and cheaper than the quotes I received from other companies. I would highly recommend them and will definite use them again. 😁👍
