Our focus is to provide a personalised service on all projects, with a single point of contact and clear and concise communication. Since its inception, Central Coast Certifiers have been involved in over 2000 local building projects, guiding Builders, Architects, Project Managers and Home Owners through the complex regulatory system in NSW.
We specialise in all areas of building certification, including issue of Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates and Occupation Certificates. Preliminary Assessment of Complying Development Certificates (Fast-track approvals) free of charge. Assessment & Issue of Building Approvals (Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates & Occupation Certificates).
Get a quote from our team, and once received you can lodge your application online via the NSW Planning Portal. To assist with lodging applications on the portal, you can download our Guide to Lodging a Building Application below. Once you have lodged your application on the portal we will be notified immediately and begin assessment of your application.
Bookings can only be made online for existing projects where we have issued the Building Approval or we're appointed as the Principal Certifier. Inspection bookings can only be made online for existing projects where Central Coast Certifiers has issued the Building Approval or is appointed as the Principal Certifier.
Note: Every construction project is different and therefore we do not have set fees and charges, rather quote based on a review of the work involved. Architectural/Construction plans will be required in order to provide you with an accurate quotation for our services (draft/sketch plans may suffice dependant on the level of detail provided).

I was luckily guided to Jaryd at Central Coast Certifiers by a local builder. I was after someone who knew the rules surrounding building a duplex on the Central Coast, which are quite ambiguous and somewhat difficult to 'pin down'. Jaryd took the time to explain to me what I would be able to build on my block. This has saved me heaps of time and angst trying to work through this process on my own. I highly recommend Central Coast Certifiers as a great company to help you with building construction matters on the Central Coast
