David will meet with you to discuss the concept of your vision and dream. This meeting will include a site inspection where you can go through approvals, building regulations and any potential restrictions that could come into play with you project. A scope of works is compiled so we can achieve a preliminary budget.

Working with David and his team was an easy and enjoyable process. Thanks to David's significant experience in the industry he is able to offer original and practical design ideas, most importantly- within budget. AllBrooks have renovated our home twice in 15 years to accommodate our growing family. In recent years we had a newborn and 3 year old at home and throughout the construction period David's team and his contractors were wonderful to work with. Both of our projects were completed on time and on budget.
