As of 2017, more than 200,000 houses in Western Australia have solar photovoltaic (PV) panels installed. A roof top solar system can generate enough electricity to meet your entire day time consumption, including running the pool pump and significantly offset your peak electricity demand from the grid during summer.
Residential customers are entitled to two types of support for their solar PV systems under the Renewable Energy Target (RET):. When you install a solar system, as the owner of the system you generate renewable energy certificates called Small Technology Certificates (STC). Each STC equates to 1 Megawatt hours (1000 kWh) of energy your system can produce in the period to 2030 up to a maximum of 15 years.
The savings can be maximized by you using of energy intensive devices like the pool pump, washing machine, dryer, dish washer etc to the day time when the solar system is running and you have excess solar energy. PS: All these savings are approximate. Exact amounts will depend on the power usage pattern in a house against the solar system size.

REGEN Perth recently installed a solar system for me. (Huawei 5KW 3 phase inverter and 6.6KW Jinko 390W Tiger N-type panels. I had a good experience with Richard in sales, no hard sell, good advice and a good quote (compared to other firms). The install team arrived on time, were friendly, and the install was completed the same day (about 6 hours - 2 story building) with a minimum of fuss and no issues. I had a few software issues 2 days later - minor). Found support easy to contact and helpful. A visit was arranged, but was unnecessary as the software issue was resolved. The system seems to be

Regen was recommended by a friend, and I've had a great experience from start to finish. Sales people are proactive and easy to deal with, site inspection was quick and easy, and installation was smooth and straightforward. Regen organised meter reprogramming and signup to Synergy's DEBS scheme so I barely had to do anything. Very happy with transparent pricing and quality of workmanship.

Amazing purchase, the sales agent didn't try to push me into something that I didn't need and gave me great advice. The service team completed everything for me, I literally just paid my invoice and they did everything else for me (applications to Gov etc). The installers were fantastic, clean, fast and gave me some great advice on running the system and what to expect in rebate etc. I couldn't be happier, fantastic professional team!

I engaged Regen Power for a Solar Quote after reading other reviews and seeing some advertisements online. I was impressed with the easy to understand solar options and being provided with multiple options that I could pick and choose from to suit my budget with a suggestion from the Solar Quote contact. They did not hide my options or say one was better than another just simple, honest options all laid out with prices. What I liked about Regen is that they were very transparent with regard to pricing, brands of products they use and that they have been around for a long time. Their sales service was excellent, they were not pushy and their communication was excellent from beginning to end.
The installers were very professional once installed left the site really clean and tidy. The whole process has been so easy. I would definitely go with them again. We went with the Fronius inverter 6.6kw panel package. They took down our old system, replaced with the new system and took away all of the old panels and inverter

Had the system in place just over 2 years now. We got 3 quotes Regen did not send out a sales person right away, communication was by phone and email, despite the difference Regen were always quick to answer any questions and were helpful and informative. They sent someone to do a site survey once a system had been decided on. The install was vert smooth and efficient. The system has generated power levels in line with those forecast by Regen. I am glad to say I cannot comment on any after sales service as the system has been faultless in its operation. Happy to recommend Regen and would use them
