Unfortunately we used this company and
we now have a patio that leaks whenever it
rains & puddles under our outside dining
area. We contacted them several times to
fix the problem but no one ever came to fix
the problem. It's disappointing as we never
had this problem with our old patio that they replaced. I hate to leave a review like this but hopefully it saves someone else from having the same problem.

We recently had a new patio installed and have since had a number of tradies in for other jobs and they have all commented on how well it was constructed and how great it looks. From the start everything was explained in a clear and concise manner and suggestions made to make the most of the area. I had 2 patio roofs installed by Gold Coast Patios. The side sections are already sagging after less than 2 months!
Worse, the damage, mess and problems caused were unbelievable!
The garden was left in a disgraceful state - they dug trenches but instead of removing all the soil and dirt from the site, they simply dumedp it under my hedges! They didn't try to protect the lawn but dumped earthand stones all over it so it was dangerous to mow. After complaining, they agreed to clear it up but still left some hidden, piled against a wall which I had to remove to avoid dampness. I spent weeks removing

We hired this company to replace a patio roof and build a deck. They took triple the estimated time to do the job, the guttering they replaced still leaks and they literally gave up on fixing it, the downpipes had to be sealed by our plumber after they failed to return to do it and the deck has scuff marks because they applied the top sealer too early and on a day that was too hot according to the manufacturers website. They also installed the wrong wiring for our lights and our electrician had to tell them that the wiring they used was not compliant with current standards. To top this off I withheld

Dropped by their showroom, spoke with the lady there and arranged a measure/quote in Dec'16 for the Friday. Come the day of, get a call saying he wont be there but will call and arrange next week, no call....
Fast forward to March, drop by once more and say "hey, I'm still pretty interested", arrange a measure the following Monday and shows up, all good but it's been two weeks and no quote?
Seriously, nice enough people but I think they just don't want the work? I won't be going back.

I received an email just this week(06/05/17) apologising for the lack of contact. Credit due to people
