We spent a lot of time searching for & finding the "right" awning for our entertainment area. Finally called in on Dolomite at Molendinar on the Gold Coast, had an excellent discussion with their staff, followed by measure & quote the next day, which we accepted. Along came Jeugen a few weeks later, providing an incredibly friendly & professional installation process, & we are absolutely delighted with the outcome, so happy in fact, that we're moving ahead with a 2nd awning immediately. This is a great business to do business with, professional, courteous & affordable.

This morning I had young James attend to the rectification of my security back doors.

His efforts and successful execution to remount the doors were simply amazing!
Not only is he extremely polite and courteous but he knows what he is doing.
James is an asset Dolomite Awnings.
I wish him all the best.
I also had a fantastic instalment of a superb retractable awning done by a consummate professional and I am very happy with the product. Dolomite Awnings also fixed an old awning that had a corroded arm.

I’ve called and emailed them repeatedly to get a quote on awning repair (they supplied the original to our home), and each time I’m told I’ll be contacted by the sales rep, but it never happens. Was chasing them down for weeks, now just going to find another company that actually answers their phone or calls back as promised.

I agree with Fiona, their after sales service is pathetic , I had a blind repaired which they installed, when they returned it with some cowboy who worked for them and re fitted it , it does not roll up properly, called and called about getting someone to come and look at it but no one bothered. During recent storms from as a result of cyclone, blinds were ripped out of brackets, it appeared the person who fitted them took the easy way out. Called dolomite , but they didn't want to know about it.
