We are very happy with the service and products provided by Blind Concepts! Unfortunately we had our measure and quote performed a week prior to lockdown and had to wait weeks for our installation, however the company kept in touch with us and made contact as soon as they could return and prioritised our install. Rob was amazing when it came to our blind installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was always eager and quick to reply to my questions. He was tremendously helpful when it came to finding the write type of blinds for our home.
When the installer came around to fit in the blinds, he was quick to point out that one of the blinds was cut slightly on an angle. This was done without me having to notice it myself, and he then organised a new install for that window which came a few days later. I respect honest tradesmanship like that a lot.
