Tuscan Blinds is a premium service window furnishing business operating in South East Queensland. Owner and Operator Matt Joy initially trained as a Cabinet Maker where he honed his skills making high end French provincial furniture for clients across Sydney. After working as a Cabinet Maker for 10 years he made a decision to change the direction of his career and retrained as a Blind Installer.

Choose between our two beautiful and versatile options of Poplar Painted or Basswood Stained.
Roller Blinds, also known as Holland Blinds, are a contemporary, sleek product that can complement your home or office dcor. Great at reducing heat, glare and harmful UV rays while still maintaining a view. With a choice of 3% and 5% fabric openness it is great for providing day time privacy and protection from harmful UV rays.
Vertical blinds from Tuscan Blinds are ideal for covering large windows such as bi-fold or sliding doors. Our vertical blinds are made to the highest quality using long-life, low maintenance block out and light filtering fabrics. They are available in 63mm, 89mm, 100mm and 127mm fabric widths to suit any dcor.
Roman Blinds are a contemporary clean product with a choice of many fabrics to achieve the look that you are after. Tuscan Blinds produces chain or cord operated Romans as well as motorised options. We offer two different styles of battening including our Timbertek and Romatek. Timbertek offers you a rustic wooden look, great for the older federation style home.

I recently had Tuscan Blinds installed in my place. I am extremely happy with the blinds and the service provided by Jodi and Matt! They both went above and beyond throughout the whole process and the blinds look fantastic! Despite the busy time of year (Nov/Dec) they were still able to provide great service and were able to get my blinds installed before Christmas, which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend Tuscan Blinds 😊

Matt, did a great job with the roller blinds I ordered. He installed them himself to make sure the blinds would look and function perfectly. Matt is a lovely guy and went above and beyond to make me happy. The product itself is of a very high quality and manufactured in Australia with a great warranty. I had them installed 6 months ago and I still appreciate them every day, they have made such a difference to my apartment. Thanks again Matt!

Matt installed our roller blinds 3 years ago and we just got him back to custom make curtains for our bedroom.
We love the quality of materials used and the speed of service from ordering to installation.

I recently had some curtains and shutters installed by Matt at Tuscan Blinds. I cannot recommend him highly enough - he was very friendly and easy to work with and importantly, thoughtful about how the products would look and function effectively. I really liked how he gave me the choice to look at his curtain samples but also suggested for me to have a look at a fabric wholesaler, who gave me heaps of samples. I felt like this process enabled me to choose the perfect curtains. He also repaired some old shutters for me, which saved me heaps of money (rather than having them replaced). Overall,

We have a new build facing a reserve, and I needed window coverings that blocked out the walk through traffic, but still let us see the reserve, which was why we bought the land in the first place.
Matt and Tuscan Blinds are absolutely fantastic. He takes the time to work through all the options with you so you find the one that suits your particular situation, whether it’s blinds, shutters, curtains or something else.

I have a small cottage on Brisbane’s bayside with casement windows, which are not a regular size. I wanted shutters as they allow the outside in, and also allow privacy. I had previously be shown products which did not suit the dimensions of my cottage, and was despairing of ever finding a product that I could use in this home. I had also been told by one supplier that I would have to remove the window fittings as they would impede movement of the shutters.
