I organised for a genuine spare key to be fitted as DLC is who my car dealer recommended. I had to call to get an estimate for a time, once told a time. I was then called by the boys 30 minutes later to say that they had left the genuine key they would be fitting for my vehicle in a few hours time at the Gold Coast. I was then told I would have to pay for them to get another key from a dealer or get fitted with not a genuine key which was not quoted initially or I could reschedule which does not work in my circumstance. As I work three jobs it is not easy to schedule, so this meant that I was waiting

Horrible horrible experience. They made us 2 keys, one failed after 2 weeks just before a long weekend.
Long story short, he finally came back to fix it, 5 mins after he's gone, the key on the other car failed. Unfortunately for us, this time the car is in a petrol station, my husband called him straight away, explained the situation to him but he was not gonna come back and lying to us that he would.
To sum up, he had no intention to fix it for us although it's a 2 min job and they are the reason why we're in this terrible position.
