AirXperts will work with you to ensure your commercial project is completed on time and on budget. We provide maintenance services as well as installations across all industries. Is your system in need of repair? Our team of experts offer maintenance and repairs across a number of brands in commercial, residential and industrial spaces.
If you have selected to receive a physical prepaid Mastercard, it will be mailed to the address stated on your claim within 4 weeks from claim approval notification. If you have selected to receive a digital prepaid Mastercard, it will be delivered to you within 1 week of claim approval notification via SMS to the Australian mobile phone number submitted with the claim.
When you reach out to us, you'll be greeted by one of our knowledgeable staff members. They'll discuss your air conditioning or mechanical services needs and discuss your problems, all while offering well-thought solutions. Secondly, we gather all information regarding your home/project to help evaluate your needs.

After an exorbitant quote from my landlord, i shopped around and found AirXperts online.
I spoke to the extremely helpful Natalie, who was very lovely and guided me through the process, and also asked a few extra questions to make sure my quote was accurate so there would be no surprise costs (there weren't)
This depth of knowledge in the customer service staff is so important to getting accurate quotes over the phone - a credit to Natalie and the business
The quote came in at less than half of the "competitor"

I highly recommend AirXperts to anyone who needs to do any type of air conditioning work whether it is big or small these guys are the perfect fit. They are highly professional at what they do and they do it with 100%. They always keep in contact with you about anything and everything to do with the job. Like many others, I also had a great expereince with Natalie and the team at Air Experts. The job was completed to a standard above what i had expected and Natalie was great in keeping us informed about when installation would occur given interruptions caused by Covid and weather. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service from start to finish. I had my aircon installed over 12months ago. Natalie and Sam were both brilliant during the initial process and the boys who did the installation were awesome and very respectful of my family and property.
The boys hit a small snag during installation but worked through it all finishing later than expected with no extra costs.
This was the only company I came across who gave me detailed quotes and talked a lot about how to save on electricity during the summer months.

We were really impressed by AirXperts' work and their customer service, particularly from Natalie and Ali. We were blown away by how quickly the team managed to instal our two units and how professional and painless the job was. We feel very well looked after and are very happy with our new system. AirXperts' quote was also significantly less than a second quote we got from a rival air-conditioning company (almost half). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a great experience with Airxperts. Natalie was so amazing, prompt, knowledgeable only because of her I went ahead getting the quote. During our phone conversation she already googled my address and had a look at the building. Ramsey was efficient and personable. I got great advise and he even provided me with a follow up call. I had a large residential job and researched half a dozen companies to come in and quote because it was going to be around $10,000.
