We ordered tables and chairs over the phone, and we had many questions regarding measurements, colours, weight limits etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at VC Living. Very prompt in returning phone calls and emails with the relevant information requested. The order was delivered on, and the delivery man was good too. Keep up the good work guys.

Puchased through Wayfair. Items of concerns are a sleigh bed and matching tables from VC Living. 6 months old, a gap between the veneer and wood frame formed on the head and foot of the bed. I phoned Wayfair who organised the manufacturer to inspect. My husband was provided with a small pot of furniture stain to fix the exposed raw and rough veneer. Manufacturer acknowledged was a known issue but did nothing to fix. Two months later, bedside tables developed significant cracks. Contacted Wayfair, who offered me $500 as 'compensation'. Work would like cost more than that so declined their offer

I had grown tired of the wholesalers and had started contacting manufacturers directly in the Asian markets. That always got me prices, variety, stock, and customization options wholesalers here simply can’t afford. However, apparently VC Living can afford that. I’ve ordered the Clarkson and Wicker range and have been really happy with the quality of product, delivery and all around service. The first time I ordered was March of 2014 – the order arrived within a few days which was earlier than expected, especially since I ordered on the Saturday afternoon.
However one of the wicker pieces was slight scuffed and discoloured on one side, possible it rubbed against something during the move. It was hardly noticeable but I took the time to inspect every piece thoroughly as I always put myself in the final customer’s shoes. Spoke to Debbie at VC Living
