Initial contact and consultation was excellent, the guys that installed the panels did a great job.
The electrician did a terrible job, at first he wanted to install the inverter outside even though I had paid extra to have it installed in the garage. Then he refused to run the cables inside the roof space and said he would leave the job if I didn't let him run them outside the building making the job look terrible.
I contacted Donna who intially quote the job and she said that they should have passed the cables internally as quoted and would get back to me but never did.
Then Phil came out

Right from the start I felt like a valued customer with heaps of information tailored to my needs. Donna and Carly did an amazing job managing the quoting and scheduling of the job.
On the I day could not have asked more of the install team of Kev, Dan and Cooper. They were prompt, courteous and efficient and more than willing to share information. They were all around great people to have in my home and by the end of the day I think my dogs wanted to go home with them.

I would highly recommend Solar Blu for their knowledge and efficiency. There was no hard sell just a quote and detailed information on the products. All the team, Phil, Peter and Karly were friendly and helpful whenever I called. The team " Europe" who installed the panels were super efficient and nothing was a problem. Thanks also to Cooper the electrician for explaining everything for me. Great experiece from start to finish.

We had our system installed about 6 months ago now. Solar Blu recommended Origin for our supplier, they have the highest Feed in Tariff (FIT) we could find anywhere. The Solarblu Salesperson was very knowledgeable. The Price was literally half what we had been quoted for the same system 2 years earlier with another company. The Installers were friendly guys. Unfortunately it was way too windy to get the panels up on the first day, but the installation was completed shortly thereafter. Our Electricity has gone from $560/QTR to literally $0. We will have our initial investment back in around 2 years

Cant say a single bad thing about these guys. From Phil to Peter to the boys who came and installed the panels and inverter. The German and British Team well done!! Professional from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, polite and easy to deal with. Keep solar local everyone and use "Solar Blu". They installed my system and my father-in-laws and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend this business to anyone and have already started telling people to contact them. 2 months on since install and working like an absolute charm! Cheers boys

We completed a 10kw solar package with Solarblu and I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning with the setup to the end with production the whole team should be commended in their professionalism and helpfulness. I found these guys to be genuine and local, the best the Gong has to offer. Phil takes pride in his products that are offered with them being thoroughly tested and only selects value for money.
