I don't usually give 5 Stars. But ... we asked for a quote and got it the next day, which is unusual on the South Coast. Went to your showroom the next day booked in the fitting of our LPG gas plumbing and was shown the available heaters. The gas fitting was done on the day booked and done efficiently and without fuss. The experience was seamless and easy. Well done.

Technician arrived earlier than expected. He was very kind to my daughter. Fixed problem and was also very helpful. Charges were better than I was expecting and made a difficult situation so much less stressful. We now have a working oven and has made lockdown that little bit easier. Thank you would definitely recommend and will come back if ever needed again

Really happy with our experience with Shoalhaven Hot Water and Elements. We just needed our gas heater to be serviced. Their price was extremely competitive in relation to other local companies I called. The staff were friendly and helpful , the job was done on time with a list provided afterwards of all the actions they took in regards to the service. Would definitely recommend and we will absolutely be using them again.
