Josh Maddocks installed our ADT security system for us last Friday. Josh did a great job, he was careful with our 100 year old house and us ( who are nearly as old) as well. He showed a great deal of customer focus making sure we understood the system and we were comfortable using it. He even returned today on his own time to fix a glitch. I would strongly recommend Josh to any customer.

Your technician was operating in the greater Brisbane area without a face mask in a High threat level city-wide lockdown. He was denied entry to my cafe (because of the non compliance) and then proceeded to write me a bad google review labelling me a 'tyrant'. Are your customers aware that your contractors are visiting multiple sites a day wearing no federally mandated COVID protective equipment? Is this a singular instance or a company wide lack of accountability in stopping the spread of a deadly disease?

We have had ongoing issues with our alarm system since it was installed 3 years ago, multiple phone calls and technicians and still issues were not resolved until Mike Cook and Chris came calling. Mike was the only technician who actually took time before he got to our place to research the problems with our system so he knew exactly what had to be done. Some were simple fixes that should have been resolved in the first place. Thank you Mike and Chris for your expertise and making me laugh, really made my day :)

I have used ADEVA to install a few of our ADT alarm systems. Mike Cook just completed an upgrade at our main office which now has a fully integrated system including multiple partitions for security, fire alarms, light/power automation and garage door controls. The whole team are very helpful and the equipment works exactly the way I need it to.
