Scorpio Screens and Blinds replaced all our security doors quite a few years ago - mainly to keep my dobermanns in! And yes! - there were lots of jokes to go with the prompt and efficient installation! Just recently I changed a sliding door and needed a new security door, only to discover it was not a standard size. No problem. Measure, build and install all with a smile. Extremely disappointed with the service we received! When I asked if it was possible to raise the door handle of our security screen door, I was told that it would be fine. At no stage did any one from Scorpio Screens communicate with me that this would result in a non compliant security screen door. This is because they failed to make the door… with a compliant locking system to accommodate the raised door handle. They then proceed to say that we are at fault for the non compliant security door as this was our request. Just shows the lack of customer service and the lack of accountability

A few years ago Scorpio quoted the best price in a few days and were fitting the s/s screen door within the 10 days they said. Not now. I waited 4 weeks for a quote on plantation shutters and s/s screen doors. Wow! When I finally got the separate quotes the prices were way higher than their competitors for both products. I emailed them asking for a better price. I got a call saying they wanted their competitors quotes to review them. I said I wouldn't do that as it was unethical. If they don't know their competitor's pricing, then maybe they aren't hungry enough!

Spent two and half months waiting for a screen door, after a measure was done, only to be told that the rep "forgot" to put my order in. Lady on the phone told me the rep was "sorry" and that they're "extremely busy" and it would be three more weeks until it could be installed.
100 day lead time from asking for a quote to installation - I would not recommend this company for any work you want done this year. Consider looking elsewhere as they are seemingly too busy with other work to take on new customers.

I ordered 4 screen doors for my house, there was manufacturing issues with them identified by the installer (Mic) when he was installing them. Shortly after, both my partner and I received a phone call from Corey, apologising for the issues. Corey initiated and organised the doors to be remanufactured the same day, and organised his installer to come back in to reinstall on overtime - all without my request and to make it as easy as possible. Staff have been both polite and prompt on each occasion, initial quote, measurement and both installations. Quality of the doors is high and pricing competitive

Extremely happy with the prompt service and reasonable pricing. Very professional staff member came out and gave us a quote and then my screen was installed very promptly after that.
