Kenny did a fantastic job on our outdoor laundry to bathroom conversion. Kenny was reliable, flexible, a very good communicator, and keen to meet all our specific needs and quirks. The finished job is excellent. He did it all within budget and within expected time-frame. Kenny even found and delivered me a washing machine, all for free - an added bonus. Kenny always maintained a friendly can-do approach throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Kenny and his team!

Kenny and his team were very friendly to deal with. The kitchen looks fantastic and we are really happy with the end result.
We really liked the fact that Kenny had a show room which gave us the opportunity to choose what we would like in our kitchen and his assistant was very helpful.
The only constructive criticism I have is that we wished Kenny and his team had worked on our kitchen during the day on most occasions as opposed to some late afternoons into the early night when we finished work and needed to relax. However, this was only on a few occasions.

Bathroom renovation, We were overseas when the work was being done.. Kenny provided daily updates along with pictures of work being undertaken. Major works completed as agreed by our return and final touches added later. Kenny provides exceptional responsiveness, always answering calls at almost any time or getting back to you promptly. He knows his reputation depends on your satisfaction. We are very satisfied with the job, the timeliness, the service and value for money.

Overall, Kenny and his team are exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Considering the challenges one will encounter in renovating an existing kitchen, Kenny diligently worked through them and we greatly appreciated his efforts. Few communication issues so suggest keeping up to date with written correspondence. Having said that, his level of commitment is hard to find nowadays.
