Tommico is a boutique renovation company specialising in bathroom and kitchen renovations for Sydney's inner west. We emphasise on using raw materials, such as solid timber, to create timeless designs and warmth. As a first time renovator, modernising my 90's apartment was a daunting prospect. Tommico Renovations helped with every step of the process - from plans to strata submissions, to full project management.
I felt safe in Steve and his crew's hands - everything had been thought through with a great amount of detail, each element of the Reno was clearly outlined, and all costs were transparent. Having an easy flow of information, project management and care meant I could really trust that the outcome was going to be the quality that I expected, with no hidden surprises.
And I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The whole apartment has been completely refreshed - including kitchen, bathroom, cornices, white-setting and painting, laundry, lighting, wardrobe and flooring - all remnants of the 90's have gone, replaced with slick lines and Scandi freshness.

Tommico now has a display bathroom at the Harvey Norman Auburn Display Centre. Great place to go if you are thinking about renovating. We used a new technique on the walls which is water proof and can be completed in any bathroom. We had a seemless experience with Steve and Lisa renovating our bathroom. Despite the Covid lockdown hitting early in the project, Steve and Lisa remained professional, approachable, timely and kept us informed from start to finish. They managed to complete the build on time and the finished product is of high standard and we love it. Very highly recommended 😊

From the itemised quote detailing each step, to the attention to detail of the finished product. We knew what to expect from the onset, because the process was explained and itemised in the quote. Something that we didn't receive in other quotes, that virtually left us looking at just a figure.

Steve and his team did a great job on our kitchen at Banksia. It was a pretty big job involving new walls, new floors, new back door and servery window.
Having never done a renovation before we had lots of questions - Steve kept us involved at every stage, explaining the process in detail and was also involved in many of the design elements also.
We enjoyed working with Steve and his team on this project and everyone worked so hard with lots of hard deadlines they had to meet.

Thank you Tommico Rennovations! We were so hesitant to start our bathroom renovation, but after a friend recommended we chat to Steve we felt we were in good hands right from the first meeting. Steve and his team were great to deal with, they built our Glebe bathroom with lovely herringbone tiles. The end result looks amazing and the whole job went very smoothly.
