Worst experience ever with a company.
They made a $5000 bi-fold door for me that was unable to be locked from the inside and refused to make another or alter it at their cost.
Then said they couldn’t make a door to suit.
Fortunately Rylock made the door I needed and made it work exactly how it should.
Cost me a fortune to get something they should’ve be able to do. Useless and pathetic company.
Stay away from them!

My wife and I visited their showroom in 2017 and when we finally decided to make the move late 2019, Valley windows is still the first goto supplier pop in my head! I admit the price is not cheap, but turns out it's absolutely worth every cent! We ordered 2 x 4 m wide bi-fold doors and a 5 m wide bi-fold window, all of them are 2.6m high, both work as a charm. My wife is very happy with the product!

Fantastic experience with Angela and the Valley Windows team. The design of our project changed many times but Angela was always so accommodating and helpful.
We received our beautiful windows ahead of time and it didn't take long for the glaziers to finish the job on site. The timber windows are stunning and we've received a lot of compliments so far from the neighbourhood.
Highly recommend Valley Windows for their great quality and service at very reasonable prices. When lockdown ends go see for yourself at their showroom!

Valley made doors and windows for a major reno project of mine, including a large three door sliding timber stacker. The timber of the middle stacker split away at the point of tension after 2 or 3 days of use. Valley came and took the door away and made a new door, a pause of 3 weeks on the build in that room. After 2 or 3 days of use, the replacement door broke again in exactly the same way at the same point of tension. I didn't have faith in the Valley Windows solution to the problem at this point - their engineering had failed twice in exactly the same way - and I couldn't afford to pause the

Used Valley windows for my recent reno/extension and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Angela was very helpful in the quoting/ window selection process and gave very helpful ideas about my extravagant sliding door that opens to an outside deck. Great job Angela. Disclaimer, I had worked with Angela on another project previously and that how I got to know Valley windows.

Appalling quality with VERY cheap and NON MATCHING hardware. Many of our windows came with handles that don’t even match!
Also, the delivery man tried to leave windows that had crack in the timber sills. I’m glad our builder insisted to have them returned. I really wish we went with another window manufacturer. Never again!!

I recently used Valley on a reno I completed and couldn't have asked for more. Great quality, it's obvious they do the little extras that others I looked at don't. The knowledge Ian has really showed, as he worked with my clients on changes to use the best window for each space. This actually made it more cost effective than the original drawing. Can highly recommend Valley.

We had an excellent experience from Valley Windows. We bought a big slider, a big feature window with two awnings and another full length window to replace a door. Service was on budget and the quality was excellent. We had the installers that Valley Windows use and they were excellent. 3 guys removed the old windows and put in the new windows in the one day. The installers if even reduced the cost by $250 because they finished early. We could be more happy. Have no hesitation to recommending.

My experience here has been very poor.
Doors and retractable fly-screen fully paid for by due date. Delivery day and only one part of the delivery turns up. Told I need to arrange for another day Mon - Fri to take delivery of second part.
Doors are installed but do not open! Told have to take yet another day off to allow service guy in to fix. We do not service on Saturday. Very poor customer service. Overpriced for end quality of finish.
Manager thinks he is running an international corporation and treats his customers with the same contempt.
