I was very happy with my whole experience with Grow Energy, for the initially quoting and chats with Scott, to the organising with Stacey, it it couldn't have been smoother or easier. Apart from COVID - even the installation was done when they promised, in the time frame promised.

The total experience right from the start (order - delivery - installation - payment - after sales service) was great.
The website provides a guideline for the price range for different car type, so you get to know your budget before hands and won't get any surprises.
When you're happy with the price budget, drop a text / chat in the website and… wait for a return text message informing you about the price. If you're ok with the price, confirm the order and they will start with the arrangement for the car battery replacement.
The office will call you telling you the est time of arrival.

Excellent service from very first contact. Scott was patient enough to explain the many different possibilities for solar power and suggested options both with and without a battery. In the end I settled for a Redback battery and inverter which is working well. After sales service etc has been great with their ability to troubleshoot if anything is amiss.

Great products, prices and customer service. I am not saying the whole process was without it's problems -not a standard installation in a very remote and completely off grid location. I am happy to say Grow Energy met the challenge and installed a very modern system at a very reasonable price. I would easily recommend them.

Great service, realistic prices for a small premium system. Scott guided us through how to sucessfully claim the Vic Govt. solar rebate, and then assisted through the install process. Great system, installed on site (start to finish) in under five hours, using LG panels with Enphase, very impressed by the performance. Thanks Scot! Brian M
