They lost several boxes of our stored goods, damaged our furniture and would not even respond to emails or phone calls. The boxes they "lost" contained CDs and books and were worth several hundreds of dollars.
Some are irreplaceable. Never, never use these people.

I engaged Rumbles to move a lot of home contents into secure storage while we have our house repainted. Ben, Rick and Sam turn up on time in two trucks and was very efficient in loading up the truck with care. They were so good at packing the content into storage that instead of needing two storage units they pack everything into one unit, helping to save me rental. Great job. Thanks guys.

I was forced to give one star to post but I would prefer to give them no stars as this company is a joke. Rude, disrespectful, poor quality services, staff with no packing or removal skills. Terrible service. My husband said we shouldn't use them but we ended up going with them cos they were cheaper but i wish I'd paid a bit extra for a professional company. I strongly recommend NOT to use them. Look into very very carefully if you consider them.

So this is the review I’ve just written... off to talk to fair trading and the police tomorrow. 🙄
As I am writing this, Rumbles removals are still holding a 3rd of our possessions. We moved from the ACT to the South Coast, and had our goods in storage for 3 months while we waited for our house to be ready. We arranged for delivery, with at least 10 days notice. On the day, they were late, and arrived with 2 small trucks. They start unloading and it’s not our belongings, its someone else’s.
The owner says - can you wait till next week and we can deliver again? It’s Friday afternoon

They don’t deserve a star at all
The people leaving positive reviews here must be dodgy Dave’s mates / family or fake identities / made up emails because I cannot fathom this company (David) being honest or doing a good job !
They are (David is) dishonest, nasty, dodgy as all hell, disgusting operators - outsourced our job, we paid for full truck / all cubic square meters - but he filled 1/3 of it with another job and put in a fake wall - underpaid the driver, didn’t arrange staff at other end to unload as agreed, told the

I got some quotes to compare, and Rumbles was pretty good, they arrived on the day and started talking about extra charges that I needed to pay. I was due to be interstate the next day, so how could I arrange an alternative?! I did pay, but they wanted the extra money in cash and didn't ever provide a receipt for it either.
The quote was for 3 people to do the move in 8 hours. The 3 that arrived were pretty slow to get going and took breaks every time they thought they were out of sight. They took well over 11 hours and called in an extra guy to help. So I had to pay for extra

I used Rumbles for my move from Queanbeyan to Batemans Bay. I found their pricing to be approx 40 - 50% cheaper than quotes provided by two other companies. Better still, their staff for both the prepack and the actual removal arrived on time and with a positive attitude. The unpacking went well with no damages or breakages. I would have no problem recommending Rumbles to any of my friends or workmates.

Very good. David at the office was very conscientious and in the weeks leading up to 'The Big Move Interstate' called to make sure that everything was alright. David (different from David at the office) and Greg were the real heroes of the show and when pick up for 'The Big Move' came, they were very effective, efficient and kind especially when I lost the plot. Full marks to them! They spent time and effort to helping me out (a lot) and in the end, I was charged what I was quoted (although I did specifically request assistance with packing when I was looking for quotes).
