At no point was I seeking a removal on short notice or had not had any success with other companies. I noted in my original post that Leader was the most expensive quote - this is fact and not a 'grouse' over the price. Dismantling and reassembling the bed was a request at the time of quote and I was not advised in the return quote that it was 'complimentary

I was moving interstate and After contacting multiple removal companies in the ACT leaders were the only company that got back to me with a response same day. They provided a quote within a few days and the quote was cheaper then anything else I found. (Other companies gave me quotes but it was difficult and communication was poor)

It is such a pleasure to be able to say that Leaders Removals made my move an enjoyable experience. They listened, and fitted with my every need; indeed they were so professional that they anticipated with a service that fitted perfectly around that. No commercialised hype, which was great. Just a fabulous service. One day they packed up and the following day they delivered and set up. We cannot recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. Our move went seamlessly from the initial quotation meeting until the last box was delivered. Our move included two pick-up points in Canberra and two delivery destinations (including short term storage for a backload delivery to QLD) . Furniture stored for 3 years. When opened they then put all mould covered furniture in to a brand new home. We had to demand them to come back the next day to remove furniture. Been 3 weeks since told that furniture is being treated for mould. A insurance claim should have been made on Contents of container

The team were fantastic to deal with and took the extra time to ensure my furniture was delivered in pristine condition. I organised an interstate delivery along with a local delivery and both removals were delivered to my home together with no issues at all. I have given 3 stars, the actual removalists, Oscar and Robbie, were amazing, and my initial quote was appr $1, 480 it actually turned out to be $980 for an inventory and $300 for storage ($1280), which was also amazing. When I needed my furniture taken out of storage, less than 3 weeks later and transported 166 klms away, the price was over $2,000 after a discount for not using the storage for long. I was stunned and said so at the time, but they had my furntiture so I had no choice. I was very surprised as a friend recently had the same service with another carrier and it cost her $945. I do

I found Leaders through another site's recommendation and they were immediately great - responsive from the first email. They couldn't fit me in for a local move on my desired date but could do it very shortly after. Originally the move was scheduled for the PM, but I got a call at 9:20am to say they were on their way (this was fine because I was able to work from home - and the early move actually meant I could go into the office for the afternoon). The move was super fast, the movers polite and careful, and the whole experience was A+. Can happily recommend.

I was put on to Fran & Andrew at Leader Removals by my sister who had a very positive experience with them when relocating from Canberra to the Gold Coast. I had purchased a brand new fridge online from a supplier in Queensland and due to the Covid pandemic, the supplier was unable to deliver from Queensland to Melbourne. Enter Leader Removals- even though only a single item, they were able to collect the fridge and store it in their warehouse in Canberra for me, until such time as it was safe and practical to deliver down to Melbourne. They recently moved Mum from the Northern rivers to their storage facility and were professional, caring, thoughtful and efficient even with 1 of the A… Team having a broken wing! The whole Team was wonderful and very helpful. Prices are fair and worth every cent knowing your possessions are in good hands. I would just like to say a huge thanks to the Leader team especially the two young men who assisted my parents this morning relocate from canberra to Bungendore.
Not only were the boys punctual, efficient and extremely courteous but I heard them offer several times assistance which they didn’t need to do.
It is nice to deal with a company where… their front line team have so much pride in the work they do but also show care in the dealings with the customer. Nothing was too much of an ask for these guys.

We sought a number of quotes for relocating items from Canberra to Melbourne and Leader removals was one of the most competitively priced. Removalists at both ends were quick and efficient and staff kept us informed of pick up and drop off times. No items were lost or damaged and all boxes were labelled by Leader removals. Turn around time was less than a week. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend this company.

We’ve used Leaders for removal and storage a couple of times now. Great team, great service and great price. The team know what they’re doing, are careful and considerate and great to have on a move. They look out for your possessions and for each other (unlike some}. Not planning on moving again anytime soon but recommend them for local, interstate and storage over any of the more well known companies we’ve used.
