Signed a contract with this crew for a decent size job on a residential home in freo
Within one week of signing, got two separate requests to charge me more just for submission of applications to council after a fee schedule was already agreed upon, (I already agreed to pay 2.4k for them to just submit documents to council, and this is after Id already got the planning approval for them sorted myself)
They ended up just terminating the contract rather than honoring their agreed fee schedule wasting everyone's time
Would suggest taking any quotes with these guys with a grain of salt and expect

The team at Roof and Wall Doctor replaced our home roof from old tiles to insulated tin. It looks great. Highly recommended.

We just had a re-roof (tile to colorbond steel) and gutters completed by Lyle and the team at Roof and Wall Doctor on our house in Yangebup! We are super happy with the result, it looks amazing and has totally transformed our house! The process from quote through to job finish was fantastic, communication was thorough, especially from the friendly office manager Lisa! We had some minor issues the team had to come back and fix but there were no dramas and the willingness from the team to ensure our satisfaction was outstanding! We were impressed by the extremely professional way in which everyone in the team worked together to deliver not one but two new roofs for us! We were kept well informed throughout the process, from the first quotation meeting to the final building inspections.The installation team, led by Jay, were guns!

We just had our old tile house roof replaced with colorbond by The Roof & Wall Doctor. Kevin, Lisa and the team is extremely professional and do a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with the results and now we have a roof which will stand the test of time. They took any potential hassle out of having your roof replaced. Since making the decision to reroof with colourbond I had several companies to choose from – getting quotes in for the work well and truly worked out the boys from the men so to speak, your company was recommended by a friend that had experienced a reroof in Attadale, so I couldn’t be anymore impressed with how knowledgeable Kevin was in delivering the quote and answered all my questions about the process, the folder with all the information made my decision very easy.
