I used Prompt Roofing after purchasing an old 1950s home with (very) old terracotta tiles on the roof and the whole roof needed to be replaced. Prompt Roofing walked me through every aspect of the job and made a stressful situation very relaxing and easy. The quality of the work was amazing and their service was outstanding (as an example the owner spent ages talking through colour and style choices with me). Everyone I dealt with at Prompt Roofing was friendly, efficient and just such a pleasure to deal with. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

We needed a lot of work done on our roof and there were issued with adjoining properties as well but these guys were awesome! Not only did they do the work perfectly and promptly (no pun intended), they were also able to keep neighbours happy and informed by taking and sharing lots of before and after photos. We've since recommended them to a good friend who has also been very impressed with their service right from call out to completion as well. Very happy to recommend Prompt Roofing!
