Wonderful service from the team at Bridgewater! Husband and I have just moved into our new build and are completely happy with everything from start to finish. To pull off our style of house with all the trimmings at 20 weeks during this busy climate was amazing and we will definitely build with Shaun and the team again. Special mention to Michelle and Alicia in the office for answering every single one of our questions. Highly recommend!

I recently built with Bridgewater builders and couldn’t recommend them enough. Having done it alone it can be very overwhelming and scary. I highly recommend Michelle she was unbelievably wonderful to work with… she made the whole process calming and enjoyable, no question was to dumb. the communication from Alicia & Sean was great and as promised a 16week build. I’ve been in my home for 2 weeks now and over the moon with some of the finishes and small touches added. I recently built with Bridgewater Builders and recieved my keys in January 2020.
I can't find the words to explain how impressed, proud and amazed i am by Bridgewater's compassion, dedication, committment and professionalism that was shown throughout this journey starting from the dream idea of building, to design and fine tuning the little bits… that make it your home, than to the receiving of the keys in the final moments.
The building journey of my home with Bridgewater was a fantastic one. I would highly recommend Bridgewater Builders and would be previlaged to build with them again

We moved up here from SA in 2018 and found Cairns to be a beautiful place, which made it easy for us to decide to build our new home here. We went to many builders but could only find one that could accommodate our needs.
Dealing with Suzanne was a pleasure, with her ideas and her experience ,we designed our home. When ever we change our minds on the design she was more than happy to help with the changes required. The building supervisor Shaun was a delight to deal with. Alway kept us upto date with the progress and if there was any issues. Even with a really wet season the house was finished

I built my home with Bridgewater Builders 13 months ago. The process was easy. This is my second home & would build with Peter & his team again. If you are looking for quality work from a builder then Bridgewater is the choice. The tradesmen they use have been with them for a long time, i found that nearly every day someone was on site working not being left for a week then someone comes back. My home size is 280sqm an took 15 weeks to build so no mucking around. Ask for Suzanne if you are looking to build she will help you out for sure.

I have recently built my first home with Bridgewater Builders. From the first point of contact with Michelle, it was a breath of fresh air! She was very compassionate & professional in every way, making an experience I was expecting to be highly stressful, seem completely the opposite. During the building process, Shaun was on the ball with weekly updates & was always contactable. He also had no issue when I had the most simple or ridiculous questions for him. I recently built my second new home. This time a decided to go with Bridgewater due to several factors, Shaun there foreman who is always on the ball & happy to answer questions you have. Most importantly is the trades they use, that is what makes a build. Big thanks to Suzanne Wilson for her strong knowledge in the housing industry in knowing what people are looking for. I choose Bridgewater Builders, after reviewing multiple building company's, how i came to this decision, was easy. Right from the start i spoke with Kendall her attitude and approach was fantastic. As i knew i would be starting this project while i worked away remote, so i had limited time face to face, i needed someone that i could work remotely with. Kendall was interested in my ideas of a plan and worked very well with me and my budget. Bridgewater Builders completed an investment property for us in early 2015 and we are very happy with the final product. For a project home, the quality of finishes and workmanship are of a high standard and the service received throughout the build and afterwards is excellent. We were also able to change the layout slightly - something some builders don't allow.
I would give 5 stars but we did experience a few hiccups during the initial planning stage. Staff changes inevitably led to miscommunication and slight frustration but we got through it and once the plans were locked in, the house went

We built our home with Bridgewater Builders in 2013 & have to say we are so glad we did! We LOVE our new home!! From beginning to end the team were friendly and helpful and still continue with the great service post build. My husband and I have recently built our first home with bridgewater builders and I must say a job well done! We couldn't be happier with our well built good quality home. The building process seemed to fly by, with a few hiccups from our lender however the bridgewater team kindly assisted us with the process, as we had never sought out a home loan before. We also had some issues with obtaining land and that being around the same time as our wedding, it was a very stressful time for us. We build our what was to be our dream home with Bridgewater builders,
what a mistake that was lack of communication, lack of product knowledge, tradesmen with a total disregard for quality. The builder made decisions without consultation, they didn't even follow engineering specifications.
They were slow to start and even slower to finish it to 11months to get into our home,
If I can only recommend one thing choose another builder.
