Access Hardware recognises that skilled personnel are the key when making sure that customers receive the right product or service solution. The building industry requires technical product knowledge in addition to an understanding of national building codes and regulations. That is why the company invests in, and values its people.
We aren't just online! The Access hardware business has been built on brick and mortar stores and we have them in most capital cities. Our branches are fully self-contained businesses that can offer their customers a comprehensive range of products and services.
Our business relies on the relationships we have built with our customers and suppliers and the common thread of those relationships are the products we supply. Product quality is critical in the construction industry. Products need to be fit for purpose and may need to meet standards if they are to last and our product wear the logos of some of the world's best security brands.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick and competent advice, right to the point. In there and left 5min after with exactly what I needed. Low prices, comparable to Bunnings but paired with expert help and show room to see what you are buying. Definately recommend, will come back for more.

We are often too happy to post a whinge and then forget to post when the company addresses the issue. We did have a problem ordering 2 replacement locks for existing broken ones. We would call and be told "a person from sales will have to get back to you". No one did. Then when we got the name of a salesman and his email the order still wasn't addressed. Finally we spoke to someone that charged our credit card for the the new locks and a few weeks later still no locks. Finally Corey discovered our case. He admitted there had been a hiccup and could not have done more to solve our problem. He was

I've had a few experiences with accesses so far and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate being able to drop into the showroom to ask questions and troubleshooting hardware in person.

I have been ringing Sydney office numbers for two days to follow up a request for keys that was sent a week ago.
I have tried number on the company website as well as locksmith number given by apartment building manager.
I ended up calling head office number and ask
them to transfer to Sydney office on the second day.
Pretty efficient way of doing business!

If you are a customer of Access Hardware, prepare to be inconvenienced.
The locksmiths have completely no regard for customer service. They 'forgot' to cut my key the when it was ordered so it could not make the same day delivery deadline that I had paid for, making me wait over the weekend before I received my key.
They are also prone to cutting the wrong key, and their locksmith, Justin, will insist in the customers deliver the wrongly cut key back to them, before they are willing to cut the correct key. I worked 6 days a week which was why I paid for delivery in the first place. His logic
