Didn't bring a dropsheet, 'borrowed' a bed sheet but never returned it nor replaced it. Didn't position sheet correctly (far from it) and consequently I have shattered glass all through my grass even 6 months later and still picking pieces out daily (and three kids who cannot go out there without shoes). He didn't seem to care that he was walking through my house after working with shattered glass even when I had a crawling baby. 6 months on, still very frustrated.
