Truly rattled by the terrible experience I had with this company. First, they didn't show up to the job I had booked and didn't bother to inform me they couldn't make it. I re-booked to the next day. I gave all details about the keys, location, real estate and where to park/where the entrance was. They called the next day wondering where to park and where I was because they forgot to pick up the keys. They couldn't remember any of the details I gave the day before. Scheduled our end of lease carpet cleaning for Saturday 24/07 at 11:30am - 12:30pm, we moved down to south Gold Coast so had to drive 1.5hr to get back to the property. Waited until 12:30pm and still no one had arrived for the carpet cleaning, began trying to call the numbers from the website - both mobile and business number (over fifteen times) and didn't receive a call back for over an hour (3 hours late at this point), there was no apology from the company and they said they would be there at 3:30pm - four hours late. Called again and said they would be there at 4:30pm. When they finally arrived

Booked in for carpet clean between 130-230 today. Messaged at 230 asking for an update was told technician would be in touch. 430 still nothing. It’s now 5pm called both phone numbers; no answer on landline and now it says mobile has been disconnected. Don’t waste your time. I don’t know how these people have a viable business. No respect for customers time awful customer service. Atrocious.

Would definitely recommend. Everything was easy. From booking to the technicians arrival. Service was quick and friendly and carpet technician even arrived a bit early and was very polite. Upon completion, carpet technician showed me what had been done and at first glance it was amazing.. removed all the stains i have paid 100’s of dollars to other company to lift up the stains .. so professional and highly recommend..i will rebook again after 2-3 months..

Booked carpet cleaning for 8am on Saturday morning. Removed furniture and vacuumed as requested. 9am, still no cleaner. Called to be told that even though the booking confirmation had been sent, the job was not accepted. An hour later again, 2 hours late at this point, the cleaner arrived.
Cleaning was ok, nothing spectacular.
When it came time for payment, I requested discount as noted on website for late arrivals more than an hour to be told it was not available as the bedroom was not listed in booking.
I had discussed with someone prior to booking asking if the bedroom had to be included
