We recently moved with this company and the service provided was terrible. We had 2 working tvs before the move and 0 when we arrived. The spilt cordial all through the kids Lego and broke a number of garden pots The only reimbursement we were offered was $300 for the lot. With have two small kids and in a rural town where we can't even go down the road to replace it our self. Very disappointing and would not recommend them. The staff on the phone were rude and pretty much told us tough luck

Robina Removals were fantastic for my move a few weeks ago from NSW to Melbourne. I was a bit frazzled at the time and I'm sure I didn't make much sense in my first couple of emails to them but Hayley & Danielle in the office were understanding and so prompt with their communication it made the whole move so much less stressful. Come move day Phil was an absolute superstar, loading all my stuff himself in just over an hour, I was very impressed and so grateful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We needed to move some furniture and and packing boxes from Melbourne to my daughter in Brisbane. I was recommended to Robina Removals by a guy down here. It was handled extremely well from quote to booking to pickup to delivery. Hayley and Danielle in the office were always quick to respond to my emails, and the booking went ahead smoothly.
The mover, Phillip, called me up the day before to arrange a time as promised. He was by himself, but was very efficient and careful in loading all the items on his van. He was very helpful and caring throughout the process.
