I wanted to publicly acknowledge the fantastic experience dealing with Woodhouse Removals on the Gold Coast. Mel, Lawrence and the team were just amazing to deal with from start to finish. We sold our house and being December, many of the big name removal companies were advising zero availability for an uplift. I have used Woodhouse Removals 4 times in the past 8 years and every time they have provided excellent service. From big moves to small, the guys were punctual, quick to load and my items arrived safely and unloaded into the positions required without question. Mel in the office is fantastic to deal with, always ready to help and ensure everything was scheduled to happen timely and cost effectively. Recently, we downsized from our family home into a unit which needed some work before we moved in. From the quotation process to the final delivery, Woodhouse Removals' professionalism shone through.
On settlement day our furniture was loaded into a storage container and taken to the Woodhouse Removals' storage facility at Carrara. There, our container was offloaded and stored, securely, for a week or so, giving us time to complete the renovations on our unit. Two weeks later, Lawrence and his team delivered our goods and effects to our new home.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough

I have moved several times and always dreaded the big move, but Woodhouse were on time , worked hard all day and took extra care of packing etc. The guys worked as a team and were very friendly. Would recommend them to any one. Nothing was too much trouble. The business owners were also extremely helpful, and efficient.

Lawrence organised the packing, the removal to storage, of 2 containers very professionally. The men who came to pack our belongings were on time and worked quickly and carefully. They are highly professional and dedicated to their job while also showing a great deal of empathy for our situation.
Melanie was fantastic, no problem was too big or too small.
Lawrence, Alwyn and Bayden arrived on time and with a minimum of fuss had the unit packed up in 2 hours.
They were all polite and courteous and took great care with our belongings.
They did 3 drop offs on the day to the gold coast with Melanie make sure that all the recipients were notified to the time of the deliveries.

Peter Woodhouse was recommended to us by friends who had previously been clients. Peter and his staff were an absolute delight to deal with. The guys who worked on our move were true professionals, hard working, courteous, friendly and were never afraid to go that extra mile. They packed our goods (and there was plenty!) in a manner where nothing was damaged. We have had many moves over the years and have to say, this has been the least stressful. Woodhouse Removals could not fit my huge move from Sydney to Gold Coast in so recommended me to a partner company and reassured me through the whole process. The guys who did my move were awesome the best I have ever used and I have moved nine times in the last 15 years! Do not hesitate to use and they were also very competitively priced. Expert at what they do - polite and with a sense of humour! I gave all the boys a hefty cash tip at the end I was so delighted.
