John Van Building Services is a family owned building company based in Thirroul NSW, specialising in the construction of high quality residential building works. Jon Van builders recently demolished the rotted floor in our back room. The new floor was installed and lifted to the same height as our living room floor. The back door was taken out and re installed at the new height. Quite a complex exercise. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The painter Alex has transformed the room from a dreary add on to a bright clean and very useful space. Thank you to all the workers.

I have used John on a couple of good sized jobs and he was excellent on both occasions. The standard of work is high, on time and on budget. The guys who worked with him were friendly and skilled. I found talking through ideas about the projects with John before work began to be useful and enlightening. He offered useful suggestions without being pushy. John managed our upstairs small renovation with calmness, efficiency meticulousness and attention to detail. The Build happened seamlessly with back to back suppliers. When I first found out about John, I talked to a few people I know, and they all raved about how good he was. He is super professional, reliable and trustworthy. Always open, honest, transparent about everything he does. He and his team installed new timber windows, replaced part of a wall with bifold doors to open up our rumpus room to the backyard, and built a new internal wall to house a new sliding door. Top quality work with incredible attention to detail. A top guy who I highly recommend.
