Munio Pty Limited trades under the name of Shane Simpson Construction (SSC) and is an Illawarra based company committed to delivering high-quality buildings with a focus on design, value and the environment. We have proven experience with all aspects of the residential building and construction trade working in city, suburban, landslip, environmental protection and coastal management zones.
In recent years, SSC has taken on jobs based on their architectural merit and specialising in high-end bespoke projects. These have been anything from small apartment refurbishments, with a focus on high-quality fittings and detailed minimalist finishes, renovations/additions and new houses within foreshore environments.
Our forte is projects which have very specific design requirements and take a collaborative approach working with the architect and/or client to ensure design concepts become a reality and the best outcome is achieved for the building and ultimately the client. We commit to limited projects at any one time, so the client is assured that their builder is focusing all their efforts to achieve the goals of their project.
