We had a dakin split system installed October 2021, it has been used all summer in the multiple above 40 degree days and our house has never been so cool. Glenn and his team where fast and efficient, very professional and he gave us great knowledge on strategies to maximise the cooling eg location and size. Communication was easy and we will definitely use them again.

My ducted aircon system stopped working during the peak of summer. I had another company come out and charge me a fixed fee of $200 to look at the unit and say it needed a $3000 service plus whatever issues they may find. Luckily I decided to get another opinion. Glenn came out and changed a capacitor and got the unit up and running again on the spot! Don't waste your time with others just call Perth City Air for a honest and professional service! Highly recommended - should be six stars . Best service I have ever experienced. Glen gave us confidence from the first meeting - our job was very difficult requiring scaffolding, cranes, roof plumbers for roof access
etc - had 3 quotes from other companies over 3 years who subsequently

Top notch. Glenn, Mark, and the sparkies were all very polite and respectful and did a fantastic job installing 2 wall splits. All questions answered and adjustments made where necessary. Really happy with the product and job, as well as the general demeanor of all who completed the work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

They were the most professional at the quoting stage. Glenn actually rang just before coming to my place to quote. He was also the only one to actually check the roof out of the 3 quotes I have received.

Have no problems recommending these guys to anyone looking for new aircon. We had a new split installed in a downstairs living room, and a ducted evap system decommissioned, removed and replaced with ducted reverse cycle upstairs. Glenn gave us good, no BS advice on what the right solution was for our house. Finished work was neat and tidy, drop sheets used everywhere and my house left as clean as when they started.
