Very Impressed with the service and the overall professionalism by all involved. Had to get an old split air con replaced with a new unit. From my first phone contact to the final install it only took about three weeks, and everyone at Needham Air was just a pleasure to deal with. Thumbs Up! !

This is the second installation that Needham Air have carried out for us personally and we have also recommended them to numerous other people. Paul and his team were efficient, quick and very respectful to ensure that during the installation there was the least amount of disruption. All surfaces were sheeted down prior to commencing work and the guys cleaned up after them which was great.

We've been using Needham Air for about 20 years now and wouldn't consider using anyone else! We've used them for our home as well as for our business for all of our AC and heating needs - new installations and ongoing maintenance. The quality is second to none, service is fantastic, friendly and professional. They are always extremely responsive and punctual. I have an over 10 years old Mitsubishi reverse cycle air conditioner unit that had a burnt out motor. I made an insurance claim and provided a quote to RAC insurance. RAC also used their own repairer to assess the damage. In the end RAC successfully approved my claim with Needhamir.
I have seen three quotes from independent suppliers for the same new job of like for like replacement of my old AC unit with similar newer model. However Needhamir quotation for a new AC unit installation was very comprehensive and reasonable price for the following reasons from start to finish:

Ha! I thought it was just me. There are so many other posts here about how this company-
1. Overcharges, sometimes TRIPLE the average amount.
2. Asks for money UPFRONT, before the product or installers turn up.
3. CONTINUALLY ignores phone-calls once the money is paid.
4. Poor, and I mean POOR installation-work, sometimes downright dangerous.
5. For your own safety, MAKE SURE you have a qualified electrician look at their work afterwards; they have a lazy tendency to piggy-back air-conditioner lines onto power-lines used by other household items. The "technician" linked the aircon to our fridge

We have had our reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning serviced by Needhamair on an annual basis for the last 5 or so years, and I highly recommend them!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I am so impressed with the job they do, I thought I would share my experience. Starting with getting annual service reminders, (which is essential for me!) and a very simple booking process, Needhamair are so easy to deal with, I’ve never been disappointed.
The technicians coming to my house are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Every technician we've had, takes the time to do the “little things”

Paul and the team were fantastic to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their team were always keeping me updated on where my job was at from the moment I booked with them until completion. I am a great believer in 'Buy Cheap - Buy twice' so I didn't mind spending a few extra dollars for peace of mind. If you are considering an air-conditioning company - I recommend making sure that Needham Air are one of your choices.

Similar to the post below, cannot say anything positive about Needham air. We have also been waiting for months to have our unit serviced and looked at. Needham don't return emails or calls. I have called several times, and each time it's "someone will come in the next two weeks" and no one ever does! They will not get back to you if you leave a message or email. Our air-conditioning unit randomly smells and it's getting worse! Use someone else where possible!
