We have had our Jati teak outdoor setting for over 10 years and recently a chair got broken badly when something fell on it. I went to replace but is an older style so not available anymore. Chantelle at Jati suggested I bring it in and they will attempt to fix it. I thought it beyond repair as was badly damaged. 10 days later we have it back and the repair is very well done and once the new timber ages off, will be hard to tell it was repaired. And to top it off there was no charge!. So all in all very happy with Jati and Chantelle.
