Close to the worst post-sale customer service experiences I have had. We were sold a brand new couch in Aug-19 with a mediocre foam that became apparent within a month of sitting on it. We took our concern to the company, and basically were told 'the leather was good quality' and that they saw no fault. We had it assessed by an independent couch reupholster who confirmed the foam was worthless, and provided a report to the company...the company still held their stance, claiming the 'frame is in good quality'.
