Qualified in Pool Building & Structural Landscapes, Jules McLaughlin has been in the Brisbane swimming pool industry since he started as a building apprentice back in 1990. It has been two years since my husband and I had our pool designed and built by the team at Cityscapes. I still can not believe what a stunning backyard we are now lucky to call our own. We have had the best experience with Cityscapes Pools.
From the initial meeting with Alison we felt like we had made the right decision and investment with the team. The design and contractual process was seamless and once Jules and the team started on the site, we already felt like we were in good, reliable hands. There was never an issue with questions we had or accessibility with both Alison or Jules. The contractors they used on site were professional and courteous.
We had small children at home during the construction and the site was always secure and safe for us to continue to use parts

We are really happy with our pool and landscaping solution from Cityscapes. Alison was wonderful to deal with during the concept and design phase and suggested some really clever and imaginative ideas which worked out amazingly. Jules was a consummate gentleman and legend at the same time during the construction phase. Overall they delivered a high quality pool and backyard solution at a surprisingly reasonable cost. You can't go wrong with these guys.

From the start Alison was fantastic with the initial review and design and provided a plan that matched what we wanted. Jules provided great feedback prior to the commencement of the project which filled us with confidence. Dan coordinated the dig, excavation and concreting processes very well. The tiler used was fantastic and worked closely with my wife to ensure we got the best pattern and coping tiles to match our requirements. In the end we are very happy with the result achieved.
