Services
We are mindful on the number of projects we undertake, ensuring full concentration on your home. In the unlikely event that you're not 100% satisfied with the end product we will engage a licensed defect inspector to issue an inspection report and all defects will be rectified within 4 weeks, Guaranteed!
We initially meet with you on site to discuss your renovation design requirements as well as giving an assessment on existing building structures. We will offer our professional advice to suit your current building structure and tailor it specifically to your requirements. Following this consultation, we consider all information and establish a price indication on construction cost so we can work towards common expectations, goals and budget.

Jared and the RedKem team recently completed an extension and renovation of our previously small, dark and poky post war home and the outcome has exceeded our expectations, to say the least.
From our first meeting with Jared (after years of meeting with various other architects, designers and builders) through to signing the contract we felt confident we had found the right builder and from the commencement of work through to handover and beyond, we are happy (and relieved!)to say that we were never in doubt.

From my first contact with Redkem they were easy to talk to and they listened. I wanted part of the house turned into a Granny Flat to take me into even older age, so, easy to clean, easy to reach, comfortable. What I got was all that in a stunning design. Jared and Susan responded to queries very quickly and once the renovation was started Craig was also readily available to answer queries. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, efficient and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jared and the team at RedKem Constructions took up the challenge of modernising and extending our 1970’s home at The Gap.
We were originally unsure of whether to move to a new house or renovate. Jared guided us through the decision-making progress in favour of renovating, and then recommended a building designer who met us on site. He came up with a terrific solution and the decision was made to renovate.

RedKem took up the challenge of renovating my 1935-built heritage listed (Local and State registers) apartment in New Farm late last year, with all its original peccadillos. Jared and his team of Craig, Jeff, Mal and Sam took an extraordinary amount of care in transforming it into an amazingly liveable space whilst retaining all of the original art deco features. The passion and craftsmanship they bring to their work is seriously impressive, as is their professionalism and attention to detail. A great team.

We had Jared and the team at RedKem undertake a major reno at our place last year and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The reno included a whole new outdoor area and a pool, along with a carport and two bathroom renovations. Jared always turned up to meetings on time and always answered phone calls and messages. They were always up front about all the costs. The online system they use approving the costs is great. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.
