I would strongly recommend to friends and family members if in need of this service. Sunil (hope I spell his name correctly) was punctual and reliable on that day. I was worried about my things since there were several poor reviews in their website but Sunil handled and manage my things professionally. Additionally the boss was very kind and understanding when we discuss about moving fees. His quote was fair and affordable. No extra ridiculous fees were charged but fees were charged accordingly on that day. I would definitely use this company again if in need in future.

Very upset with the management..... don't have any feelings and respect for clients. Cancelling the booking without any information, and keep on arguing, saying new rules impose so no booking and at the same time i call another removals they came immediately and save me..... never ever will suggest this removals to any one.

Hired this removals, 3 weeks before. The service was very poor. They didn’t fit everything in truck and broke my new dining table. They told they will provide dining table in two weeks time so I trust them thinking of Nepali and did full payment. we being calling them and they don’t even reply our message and haven’t receive our call. Worst experience ever with this removal.

Hired everest removal service today on afternoon around 4:30pm, extremely disapointed towards their responses as they didn't receive the call neither reply the text after making booking confirmation making us awaited till 7pm. Messed up with our time and our stuff as it was really important for us to move our stuff today onwards.

We moved with the help of Everest removalist 1year before but we did everything by ourselves as we had enough people. That year a tall guy helped us and it was incredible but this time, we asked for extra hand to move. They helped us but Scratches everywhere (dinning table, chairs, beds, Tvunit) which broke our heart!!
I know… removing stuffs give scratches.:but the one we got is way too much.. I can’t sell them...Disappointing!!
And also, they charge $100 for Call out..which was not charged before when we moved and none of our friends yet.. I have no clue about this

I booked their service 2 years ago while moving my house and was impressed by them thats why I booked them again but to my surprise the quality of service has gone to worst.
We had to help him unload and on the top of that they left the dining table outside the house claiming it won't fit without opening it.
I moved the table 5 mins after they left and sent them a pic of it immediately so that they can't claim i opened it and assembled inside the house.
Never again!!

Hired Everest Removalist on Friday, very poor service, one guy was more preoccupied with his mobile phone and were very slow. Other guy cut his finger leaving blood stains on my furniture. They couldn’t fit all my furniture in the truck as they didn’t organise it properly! Stay away from this company, next time I’d rather pay bit more to hire proper professionals!!

Very happy with the service from the team at Everest. They were a little late arriving but kept me well informed on the revised uplift time. Our old house is quite tricky with a lot of steep stairs and three levels so the price did increase a little for this difficulty, but this was clearly discussed with me after walking through the house prior to commencing any work. Friendly and efficient, and cost half the price quoted by a few other major removals companies. All our items arrived safe and sound - would happily use their service again.
