Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I booked well in advance and even confirmed with them the day before. However, on the day agreed they did not arrive at all. I had to call them to confirm that they were on their way and they stated that they would be 1 hr late and they did not even arrive.

My previous review seems to have been removed. I had massive dramas with them in 2013 and had to get a TV current affairs show and Fair Trading involved when they refused to give me my property after my wife's purse had mysteriously 'vanished' during the move and we were about to get Police involved. (It later turned up stuffed into the top of a box we had packed weeks before - money missing!) We were threatened and intimidated and nearly run down by a car belonging to one of his dodgy mates. An 8km move ended up costing me thousands because my property was held to ransom in a storage facility

Green and Gold Removals moved my 90 year old Mum on Monday to a retirement village. I have to say that the service was awesome. Our guys were understanding patient and so respectful to Mum assisting her in any way they could. They were quick but very professional. They arrived on time, arrived at our destination on time and just followed direction to the letter. They made what was a stressful move for Mum to an easy transition. Go you guys. Arthur they are amazing. Thanks so much.

Don't use this company if you are moving the next day!
I booked 3 weeks in advance, only to receive a text (didn't even have the common courtesy to ring me) the day before I was moving to another city to say the van had broken down and they wouldn't be moving me. I left a message for them to call back and they didn't.
Don't use them!!!
