Lewis Grant Builders is headed by Richard Lewis. During his apprenticeship in the commercial building industry, Richard gained carpentry experience working on schools, sporting venues, factories and office buildings. On completion of his apprenticeship he was promoted to site supervisor which lead to an interest in project management and subsequent qualification as a Registered Building Practitioner.
Over the past 28 years Richard has completed projects from new architectural builds, the renovation and restoration of many of Melbourne's older period properties, apartment renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor living spaces. Richard's eye for detail, excellent communication skills and commitment to quality, ensures all projects are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Utilising a team of local skilled contractors and limiting concurrent projects enables us to deliver construction excellence whether renovating an existing home, creating your new dream home or redesigning an outdoor living space.
