We highly recommend Andre and his team at Kestrel Building. Andre came recommended via word of mouth as others' experiences with him had been so positive. Every step of the process with Andre was easy. He's a great communicator, he's honest, transparent and his workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. He is creative and problem solved as we went along. Importantly, he came in on time and on budget. We would definitely work with him again and he we have referred him to many friends.

We were fortunate enough to have Andre and his wonderful team completely renovate our home in 2019. They were skilled, professional and respectful towards our neighbours, on time and on budget... and the quality of the build is exceptional. The finishes and detailing kept us and our architect happy and the whole process was totally drama free. Would HIGHLY recommend Kestrel. 👍👍👍

We're really happy with the extension to our home that Andre and his team completed for us. It was a complex build but Andre was able to come up with good solutions for the constraints that came up. He's got great organisational and communication skills and is supported by a great team of sub-contractors. Andre is very easy to deal with and we're glad we chose to go with him.

We worked with Andre and the team at Kestrel Building in 2017 to re-build our 1880’s Newtown terrace. The project involved restoration of heritage elements and construction of a new architecturally designed double storey addition at the rear. We are ecstatic with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending Andre or providing a reference. Andre’s communication, work ethic and attention to detail was exemplary at all times and our renovation was delivered on time and budget. Four thumbs up!

Andre and the team at Kestrel Building turned our small dark 2 bedroom Enmore terrace into a 3 bed, 2 bath light, airy modern home we love. Andre is professional, collaborative, easy going, fair and dedicated. All his trades are also great people, and everyone on the job was hardworking to a high standard.
