Fairbairn Constructions is a company with a diverse background of projects. We have the ability to take on a range of projects from small bespoke renovation work to larger architect driven projects. Our work has varied from large scale multi unit rectifications and alterations, numerous Architectural Homes and renovations, commercial fit outs, joinery, indoor rock Climbing facilities, down to maintenance, repairs and insurance work.

Services
Much of our residential work has been with in a 20km radius of the CBD of Sydney. Because of this much of our work has been renovating and altering the classic homes of Sydney from terraces, free standing homes and unit renovations. We feel very confident in approaching these often difficult projects and are equipped to deal with and resolve the problems that are often associated with them.
Graham and his team completed an attic extension and refurbishment of an existing house for us in 2017 and a bathroom renovation in 2014. Both jobs were complicated and both were completed on time and on budget. Working with Graham was an absolute pleasure and his collaborative approach and professional attitude makes him easy to deal with in all situations.
