Ash from this company was amazing, arrived early to quote me for a new security door & a couple of fly screens. Quote was provided on the spot & competitive. Products were ready when he said they would be and installation was a breeze. I couldn't be happier :)

Terrible service. Was 20 minutes late to a 9am appointment, when I was told they would just fit me in as they had another appointment at 930am.
I was then told the cost for a standard door (before having anything be measured or even all of the doors looked at) and that I would need to leave a 50% deposit (so much for a free quote). I told the gentleman measuring that I would need a couple of days to have a think and discuss with my partner, after which I was met with haste and utter disgust that I wasnt committing to anything on the spot. The gentleman then asked if he needed to measure anything
