I'm having a sliding aluminium window frames issue, the track the window slides along is filled with water and windows have condensation most mornings. Do you know how to stop this? What are your thoughts on the "blinds-between-glass" style of window/door that has the micro Venetian or honeycomb blind in between the 2 panes of the double glazing?
I just read that paper towels reduce bacteria left on hands by 40% - 60% whereas electric hand dryers increase bacteria levels by 255% - yes, that is adding another 2.5 x what you started with. I have the old sliding door from this company's predecessor Eco classics. To replace the worn track wheel i bought the new style, the only sort that Jess advised. It fitted with ease just requiring a new screw hole which was easy to drill. How do the doors glide now? AWESOME. Better than they ever did.

Had a great experience using Eco Eco with suggestions from Jessica on how to change my proposed windows and doors to get a better outcome and price. All her suggestions came out looking great. I had delays with my project and they were more than happy to store the windows for 4 months at no charge while I worked through it. Great service and easy to deal with, highly recommend.

I bought a house with these doors installed. (August 2018) The doors appear to be well made.
My gripe, and the reason for my negative review is partially out of their control. While, it is the requirement under AS1288 that certain glass must be marked as a safety issue with little frosted decals that are not less than 20mm high, this company decided to make theirs 34mm high.
In these times in which we live design is everything. There is no reason to produce decals that are intrusive into the lives of the person that owns the
