We had water leaking into our property through a false chimney causing damage inside. We were immediately given an honest review of what work needed doing and a reasonable quote for the work. There was a supply issue out of their hands and Skilled Roofing Ltd were incredibly patient throughout, and provided continuous updates for us until the materials were available. We did not have to chase up on any aspect. As soon as the supplies were available the work was completed the next day. As I was at work they sent me pictures of the job during and the finished article with the roof and area cleared

I contacted Jay to arrange to replace my old warped front gutter as it was no longer coping with the recent deluges of rain. Due to the petrol crisis I sent him photos and he was able to give me a quote from that. He and his colleague were able to fit me in at the end of a working day and within 48 hours of my initial phone call. He arrived on the time, is knowledgeable, friendly and they conscientiously work hard to do a great job. I would not hesitate to contact him or recommend him for any work in the future!

I have used Jay to fix various tiles, flashing and chimney rendering on a large and complex steep pitched 100 year old house roof, typically once a year since 2016. Sometimes this has involved scaffolding and specialist leadwork which Jay has also managed. Jay is always prompt, polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Most importantly he is streets ahead on customer service, compared to what you often find in the roofing trade, or indeed other services. Basically one phone call and you know your roofing problems are over.

Would highly recommend Skilled Roofing!
During heavy rain a few weeks back water started running in through the ceiling, mainly down the light fitting into the bedroom, so I needed to arrange repairs asap. This meant reaching out on a Sunday, despite this Jay was very responsive and helpful in confirming my suspicions of likely cause and details of what the repairs required and costs would be.
I had recently moved in and as can be seen from the photos attached it would appear previous owners ignored the leak for a long time resulting in a far worse condition than expected. Despite the extra work

Out of the 5 roofing companies I contacted about the repair I needed Jay was the most responsive and despite not being the cheapest obviously knew what he was talking about and doing. At the time he was quite busy but communicated clearly when he would be free to do the work, how long it would take and was true to his word, in fact he started a couple of days earlier which was a bonus. He was clean, tidy and professional and most importantly on budget. He also gave me a video survey of the roof that was very helpful as I plan and manage the property over the next few years. For me it was money
