Two years ago we had our rental house roof restored by Gary and his team. Recently we had another roofing company from Burleigh Heads that our real estate organised to inspect our roof and told us we had 11 broken tiles that needed replacing at a cost of $662. I called Gary that had previously restored our roof and he came up the very next day to inspect the roof and found no tiles broken.
