The quality of the product and the customer service is horrible.
We paid close to $2500 for the shower unit with steamer and from the beginning we had only problems with the product and the customer services.
We completely renovated our bathroom and when I called their office to get advise on where to put the power outlet for the unit I was told that it can be anywhere between 150 cm to 200 cm high. The electrician installed the power outlet at 200 cm. When we opened the shower unit and put it together we realized that the power court was too short and did not reach the newly installed power

I have an unpleasant experience with the secretary who picked up my phone today. Very unhelpful when I ask for help. The shower units I bought have been working well for 2.5 yrs. unfortunately the temperature control taps are not working. I called to ask for some advise and hoping tovtslkbtobsonekbe who can give more advise. All I was told is that if I bought the product more than a year, it’s no longer under warranty, call any plumbers who will contact them for parts. Unfortunately most parts are no longer being manufactured. I asked what does that mean? Does it mean the units are no longer

Brilliant they supplied a whole kitchen for my rental couldn't look much better if I'd spent twice the money. Affordable, professional and on time what more can you ask. I searched all around my local area + on the web and all I can say they were 'Simply the best better than all the rest' Thank you guys I'll be back.
