Originally from the terrazzo industry, Andrew Negovetic founded Polished Concrete Specialists (PCS) Perth in 1997, when polished concrete was still a new concept to the world market. PCS have since serviced the Perth metropolitan and regional area catering to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
UrbanFloor Hybrid is undoubtedly the safest choice in polishing concrete systems today. It accommodates all benefits out of the technologies currently available in indoor concrete polishing treatments. It offers very good stain resistance (unlike mechanical polishing systems) as well as scratch resistance (unlike topical sealers).
Polished Concrete is versatile enough to realise any vision of what a living space can be. Andrew and his team were a delight to deal with. They restored my old polished concrete floor for me. Everything was explained to me in great detail as to what they would do and what to expect. I really appreciated that. They have given my concrete flooring a thorough clean and recoat. It looks really good and has the protection restored. Andrew has been so helpful with providing professional advice. Even though I had my concrete poured through my builder Andrew was still so polite and helpful with providing information I required. It is so hard to find people who will help knowing there is no gain and couldn't appreciate his advice any more in this stressful time. Andrew and his team were super professional, thorough and generous with their time. They did a test patch on first inspection so we knew what the floor would look like and did an incredible fix on a corner where our slab had a break in it. They totally got the look we were going for. Highly recommend this business.
